As your website procedure for lodging complaints is far too long-winded and off-putting – pure coincidence, I’m sure – I must note here that sending out an Annual summary of charges, refunds and interest written in letters 1.5mm high is so sure a way of ticking off many of your customers, I can only assume you have a Barclays mole in your publications department.
